At the closing of the year 2025 our production locations were visited by Kiwa Nederland for the RecyClass audit to confirm the usage of recycled content in their products.
Already in 2024 Modiform’s recycling location in Leusden was certified for making granulate out of used PS trays. In 2025 the focus was on getting the PP pots, PS trays and packs certified on the usage of recycled material. The audits were successful! The certificates indicate that amount of recycled material that is used. This is split up between post-consumer (often called Post Consumer Recyclate PCR, or PCW Post Consumer Waste) and pre-consumer (often called Post Industrial Recyclate). 👉 If you want to know more about this – for example because your retailer asks about this: you can find the certificates under the header “Downloads”.
