The new PPWR regulations require that by 2030 the majority of transport trays used within the European Union must be reusable. Modiform has developed a new sustainable system for transporting potted plants, consisting of a tray and a cardboard inlay. The system includes four universal reusable and recyclable plastic trays and a wide range of recyclable cardboard inlay options. It is designed with fastening elements in both the universal carrier and the inlay to ensure rigidity and strength. A patent has been filed for this system.
