Floriade

The Floriade takes place once every ten years – the latest edition is currently being held in Almere! Until 9 October, visitors will be able to enjoy everything the horticulture industry has to offer: a spectrum of plants and natural scents and colours, as well as knowledge programmes that invite visitors to think about solutions for living greener and healthier lives in the broadest sense of the word. Governments, businesses, scientists, members of the education sector, and exhibitors will come together to share knowledge and jointly contribute to the UN Sustainable Development Goals. Matthijs Plas (Sustainability and Strategy Manager at Modiform) spoke at one of the symposiums about the challenge of packaging in horticulture, sustainability, and Modiform’s Horizon2025 ambition. We can only make a difference when we work together!
