Lifecycle of products
Knowledge is power!
Insight and overview are needed to start closing the material loop. Choice of materials, mode of transport, and processing – everything is related to one another. We are therefore working with the Horti Footprint Chain Program, in which life cycle assessments (LCA) are performed to obtain insight into products and processes across the entire supply chain. We use EcoChain for the LCA calculations of our own products and processes. This information is used by Modiform to make clear decisions that contribute to a more sustainable product and process and to calculate the LCA per product. By looking at the whole process, we can be sure that we are making a real contribution to closing the material loop.
