Modiform is taking the lead in working with the entire supply chain to bring about sustainable change in the sector. Our ‘Horizon2025’ is the ambition that goes beyond our own business objectives and involves the entire horticultural sector. Together with the ecosystem of customers and partners, we’re going to create opportunities and kick out virgin plastic by 2025. We want horticulture to be the first industry that is completely free of fossil-based virgin materials.

We’re going to achieve this ambition by using 100% recycled materials, looking for alternative materials such as EcoExpert, and developing and co-developing sustainable polymer and biopolymer alternatives. In addition, we’re doing everything in our power to achieve carbon-neutral production and distribution. We’re also going to recycle our entire volume of plastic and – on top of that – recover 20% more from the environment. Finally, we’re going to create new, sustainable opportunities and convert them into better solutions – for all customers and partners in the supply chain.
